What is the session about?

This Scottish Business Climate Collaboration Webinar on the free SBCC Carbon Tool designed to support small and medium enterprises in Scotland and the wider UK to measure, manage, reduce and report on your carbon. The tool is easy to use and this session will take you through it step by step so you can leave the webinar armed with all the knowledge you need to take action!  

Aimed at organisations who are starting to look at their carbon reporting and want an introduction to the different types of emissions that contribute to an organisation's carbon footprint.

What will I achieve?

Join this session to find out:

• What we mean by scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions
• What the difference is between the three scopes
• How your organisation can start thinking about reducing and reporting your own carbon emissions and how reporting works across a supply chain.

This webinar is beginner level, aimed at those who a looking to start learning about scopes and carbon emissions. 

What can I expect from this webinar?

This webinar offer a quick introduction to a topic, or present a case study, 45-60 mins to fit around your busy schedule

What are the technical requirements?

You will need:

• Internet connection
• A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook)
• Earphones/headphones/speakers (preferable)
• A tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone to load facilitation tools
